Our Business

Bits & Chips Machining Company, Inc. (B&C) is an Ohio based CNC machining and fabricating company, founded in 1996. B&C is a minority owned WBE company specializing in high quality, fast turnaround CNC machining and metal fabrication for OEM manufacturers. We operate a 19,000 Sq. Ft. modern climate controlled manufacturing and warehousing facility in Middletown, Ohio, located conveniently midway between Dayton of Cincinnati.

 Bits & Chips Machining Company was formed, as a woman owned business, in April, 1996 by Kimberly Ludwig & Kevin Hyland. Both principals have extensive experience within the engineering & manufacturing environment.  Kimberly was a journeyman toolmaker at a local international aircraft & marine jet engine manufacturer.  Kevin operated and managed development jet engine testing facilities, at the same location.

Kim & Kevin started with a couple of ancient manual  machines in Hamilton, Ohio.  Within three years, they built a 19,000 Sq. Ft. custom designed  C.N.C. machining facility, located near Middletown, Ohio.

With over 56 years of combined manufacturing  experience , Kim & Kevin firmly believe that superior service is the key to developing strong lasting relationships with their clients.
